After my 3 days rest, I am back surfing the net and reading the posts from my favorite blogs. Yeah.. so many articles to read and get updated, but I found out the latest common post by bloggers are about Google Adsense and Google PageRank.

I wonder if you have noticed this too. Ever since Google has changed the adsense click-able area, a lot of bloggers have been hit by this. Their adsense earnings have been decreasing since then. RajaWang has mentioned about this and has given a detailed proof of this. Those who focused only on adsense earning have to change the way they publish the ads on website and to try different creative ads positioning in order to get the earnings back on track. Not an easy task I’d say.

As for the Google PageRank ‘war’ on bloggers, some have got back their deserved pagerank before New Year. Congrates to them on getting their PRs back. One great example is 5xmom. As far as I’m learning, Google ‘tai go’ is very strict when giving PRs. You are not allowed to sell links, do paid post(ppp, review me, etc) on your website. It’s a big NO from Google.

An innocent newbie blogger like me will definitely need the adsense for extra $$$ and pagerank to get better rank to attract more traffic. (Hmm… I guess all bloggers are innocent too ).
Well as for me, I’m still for a better adsense earning and at least a PR for my blog.

Hi guys, I’m back. I’ve been away for these 3 days without any posts. Gosh… I miss blogging so much! I had my wonderful 3 days rest. I managed to do some of my personal stuff, some house cleaning for the new year, went to gym and manage to catch I am Legend with my gf in cinema(both of us love Will Smith!!!). We have been planning to watch this movie for some time but just managed to watch it recently. December has been a busy month for us as it’s the end of year, both work and personal matters. A lot of things have happened this year, good & bad and most of them went well. We are planning for next year’s plan and hopefully next year will be a great year for us and for you too.

As some of you might have noticed that I’ve changed the theme from the previous Christmas Spirit by rock-kitty. This new theme is O2 2.0, designed by eches. I wish that I could create my own theme someday. They are so good at designing themes and best of all they will share it with other bloggers. As new year is getting nearer, this will be a great new theme for my blog. It has the features I like, and most importantly it is blue in color! I love blue.

I am still playing and adding some codes into it. Now I’m more familiar with the codings and headings for the theme compared to last time when I started to blog. Everything now looks clearer and it’s easy to understand. Practice really does take you a step into perfection.

Hopefully I can design a new logo for my own blog. That would be great!

** Hopefully someone can help me on this matter**
My adsense will not show up on my main page sidebar. It will only show when you read a single post page and other pages. It just doesn’t show on sidebar. Why is that? Can anyone tell me what might have gone wrong? Is it a wordpress bug? I know wordpress have came out with 2.3.2 release, but I’m still having problem upgrading as I’m not sure how to do. I’m still reading and doing some research on this upgrading issue. Hopefully someone out there is kind enough to help me on this. Your help is very much appreciated.

Christmas should be a joy and happy moment for all. My gf and I went to Gurney Drive for the Christmas celebration. Things did not turn out as what we have expected for.

We reached Gurney Drive around 10pm. At first, everything looks fine. People were playing and celebrating. It was very crowded. Too crowded to be exact! Most of them were playing with the snow spray which can be bought along Gurney Drive. Some kids are selling 4 for RM10, while others can get 5 for RM10. It was much cheaper compared to last year which cost 3 for RM10. This year a lot of kids and teenagers are selling it like hot cakes.

When crowded people started to spray, you can’t really breathe well as the gas from the snow spray is like a toxic. It’s horrible. The whole night in Gurney is covered with this gas and it’s not really a good place to hang out and celebrate.

Chaos Scenes
The Christmas Countdown celebration became worst when a police patrol car was in the area. I’m disappointed with the reaction given from some of the crowds. It’s Christmas and this is how some Malaysians show their ’spirit’.

Currently I’m using vidavee plugin to upload and post video into my blog. I’m not sure if this is the correct way/plugin to use. But so far I like the way vidavee has helped on uploading.

I’m feeling very good right now as it is Christmas day today and best of all, this is my 50th post! Wow~~ I’m happy for myself.

I had a very wonderful Christmas Eve with my gf. We had our dinner at one of our favorite restaurant, The Ship. It is recognized as “The Best Steak in Town” and I believe that’s true. I love the menu they offer, especially the steaks. They have never let me down. When we reached at 8pm, the restaurant was almost full. Luckily I have made reservation earlier. We sat and ordered my favorite menus.

We personally love the ox tail soup served here. It’s one of the best. They are serving new menus during Christmas and New Year celebration, but unfortunately I did not manage to take the photo of the menus. We ordered a Seafood Supreme and a Sizzling Tenderloin Steak.

I believe everyone else did enjoy their Christmas Eve either with their love ones, family, relatives or friends. We have our second round of celebration too. We managed to meet up a group of friends and we head to Gurney Drive where the celebration normally takes place every year. But to my horror, this year’s Christmas celebrated in Gurney is a chaos. I’ll post some picture and video later in my next post. You’ll understand better~~
