By the way, this is a quick update on the Cloverfield Monster. The detail pictures of how the monster looks like. (Although I’ve watched the movie, but I never knew the exact look until I saw this source)

It’s 4pm and now I’m at home, guess what? I have just came back from watching Cloverfield in cinema.
It has been my most anticipating movie for 2008, but it has just became my first worst movie for the beginning of 2008. Why? I believe you can find a lot of reasons of why this movie will gonna suck from google or any other websites. Because a lot of people who have watched it will scold it big time, and I seriously mean it.
Don’t get me wrong, but I’ll give my two cents here.
Director J. J. Abrams able to produce this movie which made me feel that I was indeed in the Cloverfield movie ‘itself’, as all of the actions is taking place. The effect while watching this movie was like I was ‘in there’ myself, rushing through the city, feeling ‘the arrival’ of the monster, the fighting back of armies and soldiers ‘in front’ of you, the look and horror when the monster ate ‘you’. Because the whole movie was made with the recording from the Video Camcorder, which supposedly meant for recording of the farewell party. So the whole time we were watching a movie which is from the recording of a video camcorder. Everything was alright until the movie ended, just like that.
First of all, it is a fact that Cloverfield is a monster movie(stated by director J. J. Abrams himself). So movie goers like me will definately wants to know…
1. What kind of monster it will gonna be?
2. What does this monster looks like?
3. Where did this monster come from?
4. How did it manage to arrive here?
5. Will this monster be captured?
6. Can it be killed? if yes, How will it be killed?
7. How will the movie end?
8.
9.
.
.
.
All these questions and many more need to be answered. It’s a monster movie and people will definately wants actions…. lotsa lotsa actions, and answers too. Not a movie which was made 100% from a recording video camcorder without a simple answer given. When the movie ended, I was totally speechless…..

3. Where did this monster come from? I don’t know (you should ask J.J. Abrams)

5. Will this monster be captured? I don’t know, the movie never show it till the end
6. Can it be killed? if yes, How will it be killed? I don’t know I don’t know I don’t know
7. How will the movie end? I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU too … the end
So, are you satisfied with my ‘2 cents’ review of Cloverfield movie? I know I’m not because the movie was just barely over an hour!!!

Do anyone has movies that you can’t wait to watch in 2008? There are so many good movies and I’m already planning now to watch them all next year.
In case you don’t know,10,000 BC movie is a prehistoric movie. It tells the story of a young mammoth hunter named D’Leh in his quest to save his tribe from extinction. He encounters saber-toothed cats, mammoths and other prehistoric creatures in the journey to save his tribe.
I’m Roland Emmerich’s fan. I love Independence Day, and I love The Day After Tomorrow even more! 10,000 BC is a MUST watch movie for me.

Some of you may have seen the Cloverfield Trailer (widget) that I have place on my blog’s main page. And some of you may have also heard or seen the trailers for this movie.
For those who don’t know what is Cloverfield movie about, is a ‘monster’ movie (rumored to be like a Godzilla movie) produced by J. J. Abrams and is slated for January 18, 2008 release. J. J. Abrams has been working for some great movies in the past including Armageddon (1998, staring Bruce Willis) and Mission Impossible 3 (2006, staring Tom Cruise). Cloverfield is a movie about a monster the size of a skyscraper which is terrorizing New York City. If you have watched the trailer (you should), you will know that the Statue of Liberty’s head was ripped of by the monster and thrown into the streets of New York! I believe the poster below will tell you how monstrous this movie gonna be.
I did a few searches for how the Cloverfield monster will gonna look like, and I found this… (there were also other pictures and different monsters)
Wow.. But I doubt this picture for now. Haha…
